The Psychological Safety blog was launched in March 2020 to assist senior executives in promoting mental health and protecting employees from psychological harms in the face of the pandemic. It is a collaboration between the CEO Health + Safety Leadership Network, Howatt HR and the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Since it launched, it has become a trusted resource for leaders and employees alike.
