Writing strategic plan and corresponding communications strategy

Engineering the Future Together reflects a pivotal point in OSPE’s history. Fresh Communications was contracted to help the association articulate the strategic imperatives and actions needed to shift the association and its members from serving the public to leading critical conversations and shaping public policy on issues related to engineering. 

  • Worked with the strategic planning committee of the Board of Directors
  • Collaborated with OSPE communications team
  • Contracted and oversaw work of graphic designer
  • Interviewed and wrote messages for the Chair of the Board and CEO
  • Wrote and reviewed the plan at all stages of design
  • Developed the corresponding communications strategy to promote the plan
